Ruislip Rugby Club was officially formed in 1954 when 8 players turned up at the ground in Herlwyn Avenue, with the first ever game played by Ruislip against Westminster College on 2nd October 1954. The club itself is nestled in the heart of Ruislip and now boasts mini’s, youth, colts, girls, women’s senior and men’s senior rugby teams. We are an all inclusive and active community sports group, embracing all that a grass roots rugby club has to offer.

Confirmation of Calling Notice to All MembersThis is the official notice that the AGM for season 2023-2024 of Ruislip Rugby Football Club Limited will be held on Tuesday 18th June 2024 at 7 pm at Ruislip Rugby Club.Agenda.(1) Minutes of the previous AGM on 19th July 2023 - Secretary(2) Management Committee Report - Chairman(3) Financial Report - Treasurer(4) Election of Officers to the Committee for the following year- President(5) Appointment of Auditors– Chairman(6) Any Other BusinessAn outline of the rules of the Meeting are as follows: -(1) The President shall chair the Meeting.(2) Only Members whose subscriptions are current for the Season 2023/2024 may attend and vote.(3) Proxy voting is permitted, and a form is attached to allow this. Please note that both the proxy and his nominee must be members and that the Secretary must receive the completed forms by the 4th June 2024 [2 weeks before the AGM].
